As a marketer, you're generating a lot of leads but not all leads are worth sending to sales. Through custom lead scoring, you're able to prioritize which leads are the most important based on properties and actions that you've selected. Now in beta is a redesigned interface for the custom lead scoring tool.
What is it?
Open up Custom Lead Scoring in your account and check out a brand new interface for the tool. You'll see all of your existing rules displayed in the updated version of the tool (no rules were lost or changed).
The updated layout separates your positive attributes (adding points) and negative attributes (subtracting points) to make it faster to see how your points are being assigned.
Click on the 'Add another positive attribute' or 'Add another negative attribute' button to add another rule to your scoring.
